Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort
is located between the village of Sucina, and the Sierra del Carrascoy – (an area which has been designated a regional natural park) in the Region of Murcia, Spain.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort consists of 1864 apartments in 78 low level blocks, scattered around an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The Resort centre is based around the existing old Hacienda – a restored, late-19th Century, Colonial-style country house, previously belonging to the Riquelme Family, which gives its name to the Resort.
The rest of the Resort centre follows the same architectural style and contains a restaurant, bar, golf shop and supermarket. The old dovecote has been converted into a café, right on the golf course itself.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Jack Nicklaus designed, 18 hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6,416 metre course. The course covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.
The Region of Murcia has an excellent climate of over 320 days sunshine per year and warm winters and is the ideal venue for year-round golf. But it is not just about the golf, many people have bought apartments here because they love the sun and the views of the gardens, golf course and the 19 pools. There are also: tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, basketball and football court, gym equipment and a pool table.
The village of Sucina is just a few minutes from the Resort, by car, with shops, banks, and restaurants including Spanish, Italian & Indian. The seaside town of Los Alcazares with sandy beaches, shallow sea, and restaurants is about 20 minutes drive, and Balsicas railway station is 15 minutes away, with its high speed train links to:
Murcia, Cartagena, Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Albacete and Valencia etc.
Murcia International Airport is 20 minutes away, whilst the airport at Alicante is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes away.
The resort has benefited from the building of Murcia’s RM-1 motorway. This makes the resort much more accessible and allows residents and holiday makers quick access to the beaches, airports and other areas of interest.

- Check-in after 22 pm, supplement of 50 euro (paying at the keyholder)

Notes
- Prices include electricity (15 KwH/day), water and internet.
Unless more than 15 KwH/day is consumed, this will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.35 KwH.
- Compulsory final cleaning: €150,00 (From 5 people there is an additional charge of 10 euros per person.) - Linen and towels are provided in the apartment.
- Use and washing of bed and bath linen included free of charge.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Age restriction: The minimum check-in age is 25 years
- Parties: Parties/gatherings are not allowed
Payment schedule
- 30% deposit payable at time of booking.
- Remaining amount to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation guidelines
- 100 % refund for cancellation at least 30 days prior to check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellation at least 14 days prior to check-in.
- No refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to check-in.
Deposit
- The deposit is €300,00 and will be refunded within 14 days after inspection of the property to the bank account number you provided.
